Taking from an intitial concept, the design will be manipulated to produce a flat pattern that then can be cut on either our punch press or laser profiling machine.

In addition, punching machines can generate simple formed features such as dimples, louvers, logo indentations and knock-outs, thus avoiding the need for additional operations.
Alpha 1 Sheet Metal & Laser are specialists capable of punching a full range of materials in various thicknesses to suit customer specifications. The materials punch profiled include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass, copper & plastics. Using computer-assisted part nesting allows maximum material utilisation.
